The CIP system ensures a complete system aseptic technique by controlling the cleaning solutions and temperatures. Our self-contained CIP (Clean in Place) solutions enable comprehensive machine cleaning even in the absence of an operator.

CIP cleaning systems may be designed to wash with water (hot and cold), caustic, acid, and a sanitizer, and are entirely constructed of steel material.

An embedded system (PLC) and a visual interface display handle all phases, timings, and levels of the numerous washing cycles in autonomous CIP systems, with the ability to design and maintain several washing cycles in conformity with international and local hygiene standards.

Our skilled team has developed a CIP system that ensures optimal energy savings during the washing cycle while also respecting the workplace and exterior atmosphere.

Our CIP systems are planned and built to meet the demands of our customers. The peak flow of the CIP is 80,000 l/h, although a CIP Unit with more than one supply line is feasible (for example to wash two machines simultaneously, reducing the production downtimes).
